What We Offer

Inner Room Psychology is a specialist clinical psychology practice offering evidence-based treatment for eating disorders, body image concerns, and anxiety. We provide a supportive, non-judgemental space for clients to explore challenges, build insight, and work toward lasting change using approaches grounded in research and compassion.

All new enquiries/referrals will be added to our waitlist. We welcome referrals for individuals seeking support with:

  • Binge Eating Disorder

  • Bulimia Nervosa

  • Cycles of Restricting and Bingeing

  • Restrictive Eating

  • Mild or early-stage disordered eating (EDNOS/OSFED)

  • Chronic dieting or difficulty maintaining a balanced relationship with food

  • Body Image Concerns

  • ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)

  • Anxiety Disorders (including health anxiety, GAD, panic, and related concerns)

We are based in Victoria, Australia and currently offer services exclusively via secure telehealth. Because of the level of medical monitoring required, presentations such as Anorexia Nervosa and Atypical Anorexia Nervosa are not able to be supported through telehealth alone. We are delighted to be launching in‑clinic appointments soon, which will allow us to support clients with these presentations as well. Kindly indicate your preference in your referral so we can best accommodate you.

Please note that, due to the limitations of private practice, we are unable to provide treatment for individuals who are at significant medical or psychological risk, including those with very low body weight or active suicidal ideation.
